This notice describes the current informational GigiTix pre-launch website. It does not describe the future ticketing application in detail. This website has no account creation, checkout, payment form, analytics, advertising tracker, or contact form.

Website hosting and technical information

Google Firebase Hosting serves this website. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and related diagnostic information. This information may be used to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website. We do not state a specific hosting-log retention period because it depends on provider operations and configuration.

Support messages

If you email gigitixsupport@gmail.com, your message and the personal information you choose to include are handled through Google’s email service. Support correspondence may be used to respond, troubleshoot, handle disputes, and maintain necessary business records. It may be shared with service providers or disclosed when reasonably necessary to provide support, protect the service, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, including support, security, dispute handling, and necessary business records, subject to applicable requirements. We do not promise automatic email deletion or a fixed retention period.

Future ticketing application

Before the public ticketing application begins collecting account, order, payment-related, and check-in information, this notice will be updated to describe the verified application data practices, relevant providers, purposes, disclosures, retention, and available choices.

Privacy questions and requests may be directed to gigitixsupport@gmail.com, subject to applicable rights and reasonable identity verification. We will consider requests under applicable law and the information reasonably available to us.
